I bought a audio device which is normally non returnable but 5day returns allowed by Bajaao.com under conditions like being defective.
I received a defective product and I reported the defect with evidence to Bajaao.com the very next day.
It's over a month gone by and they are not responding to my concern. They are reluctant to accept return. Their helpdesk executives don't provide any conclusive response except we will get back to you.
They are cheating me by selling a defective product and not accepting returns.
