Hi,
From my so far interaction with Bajaao dot com I have come to following conclusions
1. They never timely respond to helpdesk mails when the issue is complex
2. They do not communicate back with customers in time
3. They are unwillingly to accept defects in products if reported
4. Their return policy is very poor they are not prompt and genuine unlike amazon
5. Their customer care staff especially on ext 3 for after sales are not at all customer friendly
6. When a problem is reported they want to close the call soon
7. No transparency in business
8. They charge shipping fee for returns
9. Even if you report a defect they charge shipping fee Was this information helpful? |
