Bajaao — They are not claiming my warranty and harassing me.

I had purchased an audio interface from them and its not working and still in warranty and also in their Premium Warranty but they are not providing the warranty and only giving time limit where as the Manufacturer is saying to claim the warranty and when i was taking to their costumer care their behaviour was so rude.How could a company could do this to their costumer.Very disappointed.
