I gave 37 clothes to big laundry. I have been told that they will deliver on 26th. But till 30/12/2015 they have delivered the clothes. I have called them plenty of times daily but they always replied that they will get delivery tomorrow. I have undergone lot mental stress due to this. I have also sent many emails regarding this. But no response from them. I have argued with them by calling them and even dropped email to deliver clothes and cancel the subscription, But still no response. They are telling vehicle break down as reason for not delivering clothes all the time. I am totally fed up. Now I need my money back and they have to answer for the trouble they caused and mental pressure that I had due to them. Was this information helpful? |
