We bought BOSCH Front Load Washing machine in 2020, and it got spoilt a month back. The BOSCH technician inspected the product and told us that the drum is spoilt.
We asked him to get it repaired by replacing the drum but he informed us saying drum of that model is not available now and hence we need to buy a new one and they will give us good discount on the new one. To buy a new one (Even after the so called discount that they are giving), I need to pay almost the same price that I paid for my old washing machine. I didn't agree to it as it is not my problem that they don't have that model now. I should not be forced to buy a new one.
I should be given an option to get it repaired and I will pay for it.
The model not being available now is not my problem. I asked them to provide me a new washing machine free of cost as they were not able to get it fixed for which they didn't agree.
After reading all the comments here, I really feel that their customer service is extremely bad and we should stop buying their products
Note : I had all these conversations with Manjunatha G (Manjunatha.[protected]@***.com), Area Manager of JP Nagar Branch and I must say that he is least bothered about the customer service experience and reputation of the brand
