Contacted buzzmeeh to repair a samsung m30s as it was not switching on.
Paid 3999 to repair the device and i was told there would be a 6 months warranty on the product. Though the device was repaired at home by the technician, he told me to use the device after 3 hrs.
I used the device for few hrs. And then a line starting appearing on the screen. I tried to contact the technician and he told that he would look into it.
Post that, he seem to not worry and always said one thing or another.
Tried to contact the customer care but the call was dropped each time.
Then, after 3-4 days of following up with him, he provided the whatsapp number of the customer care team and told me to share the issue on w'app.
After sharing the issue and the video of the device, the customer care bluntly told that its physical damage and they can do nothing about it.
I now feel cheated by the company.
My questions from this con company are :-
1. Why was i not told about this when the phone was getting repaired.
2. Why did the lines started coming after using the phone for few hrs
