I regret to inform that our carrier AC has been facing issues for more than 2 months now.
we had initially registered our complaint on 16th May with transaction no[protected] where our AC stopped cooling and was giving PC error on display.
We got a technician from carrier who told us its because AC require cleaning, we had informed multiple times that the cleaning was done by a local technician 15 days back but he stated thats the issue and charged us for cleaning.
After the cleaning too the AC wasn't performing well and we were told that its because the voltage has been low at that time (it was 220-230V).
After observing for 2-3 days when we didnt see any improvement, we logged a complaint again and it was again assigned to Mr Pankaj Kumar on 23rd May, 2023, he visited and this time informed the gas seems to be leaking and we need to refill the gas.
He checked all leakage and refilled gas and we were charged again for the gas.
Our AC worked fine for few days but again decreased cooling and now it stopped cooling at all for a week. we had called carrier couple of times sent numerous emails and they keep registering the complain but we havent received any technician complaint id[protected], customer relationship ID[protected].
Kindly address this at the earliest.
