This is with greater regret to write that we bought 2 units of Carrier - 1.5-ton 5-star Flexicool Inverter Split air conditioners in June 2022.
On 5th August 2023, we had requested a service of the unit. Since it was out of warranty, it was a paid service. After service was performed by technician sent by the company, there started a constant noise in the indoor unit. There was no noise at all before the service was made. The engineer who visited agreed himself too that there was no such noise.
With this regard, we complained again on 7th August 2023 and the same engineer visited our office on 8th August 2023. Now he says that there is a problem with a motor and that needs to be changed, we would be charged for the part. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. When there was no problem at all and after the service performed by the company's engineer, this issue is started immediately, why should the customer pay for new motor? The contact number of engineer who performed the service is also available and payment receipt too.
I would therefore like the company to verify the status and do the needful to solve the problem. There is a constant noise and it disturbs the employees to concentrate on their work as noise level is quite high. The customer care department also did not support the condition.
I, therefore, kindly request the concerned authority to look into the matter seriously and very urgently as it is making greater difficulty at our workplace.
