I bought a Midea Dishwasher from MB Enterprises on 15th Feb 2023 however, it has not been installed till now.
Initially, i had to make several calls and the customer service always used a scripted verbiage that it will be done in 24 to 48 hours but it never happened.
Also they provided a wrong no. first and then sent the technician's number who was not in town. Somehow, they were able to send the technician on 18th Feb however, he confirmed that the tray inside was defected and the nozzle was missing which he informed his superior and the head of warehouse immediately.
Then there has not been any action taken even after me calling the customer service, Warehouse head, technician, Service head and the dealer etc.etc.
I am just receiving sorry and same scripted lines with no resolution at all.
I believe, its my biggest mistake of buying this product from Midea or Carrier or Toshiba.
Kindly get the installation done by tomorrow as we are frustrated by the pathetic service and chasing these people.
