On March 20th I registered Service request for an E6 error code in Washing machine.
At First Service person said that Some inlet sensor was an issue and he ordered some parts from the company and waited for 20 days and
again one more service person came and said that Drum is the issue and again he said he ordered some spare parts related to drum.
I have repeatedly called customer care for the past 60 days but still there is no resolution from anybody..
20 days ago I also spoke with BSM Mr Irfan ([protected])
He said it will be resolved in 10 days maximum.
But now 20 days after his commitment, nobody has visited, nothing has been resolved..
Now I want to know whether the company will resolve this issue or I should throw this machine out of my home..
