I had left the Colive (BTM property) in Jan, 2022. My deposit had'nt been refunded to me citing that I had not raised a notice (which was to be raised by my Sales rep- Yogesh) on the Colive app 1 month before vacating.
Abhijit- managing payment and billing, informed me that in lieu of January month's rent, they'll forefeit my entire deposit amount.
A few months later, starting February 2022, they started sending me threats for legal notices on the Colive app to pay rent for January, and some additional charges. I connected with the property manager- Vinod, and asked to resolve the matter. Post that in May, I received a legal notice from a legal coordinator, named Suhan Manik, asking to either pay the due amount, or the matter will be taken ahead. I spoke with Mr. Vinod again, several times, and was told by him not to worry about the notice as it was just an automated mail sent from their side.
Again, recently, I have received a mail from the same legal coordinator for a private court hearing to be conducted to reconcile the matter.
In the duration of the last 5 months, I have had numerous conversations with the Property manager- Vinod, raised complaint on the Colive App, and even reached out to the Head of Customer Experience- Rohit, at Colive.
My complaint is still not resolved and their representatives do not even answer the calls after assuring to resolve the issue.
I, hereby, raise a complaint for mental harassment and fraudulent activities against Colive.
Hoping for a prompt resolution.
