My father, pranab kumar das, mrn 147809 got admitted yesterday for a laproscopic surgery under dr. Harshal rajekar. Surgery was completed at 2 pm on 16th jan, recovery time is 45 minutes, however patient was transferred to bed at around 4 pm or so that too after multiple follow ups at nursing station. Pre surgery xray was suggested, however, the same could not be performed due to unavailability of staffs and surgery time was stict 1 pm. After transferring to bed, for every little things, like bed pillow, spitting pot, blanket etc multiple follow ups were required. The staffs don't check the patient's condition promptly, even if there is a proactive call from companion, and they get irritated. They tell talk to our supervisor. My father is a bp patient, however, i don't see any proactive approach from the nurses to give him the bp medicine, even if his bp was monitored and on the higher side. Today (17/01/2020) morning, blood was coming from the channels, but even after informing, there response was too slow. Even after paying such a hefty package, the service is unfortunately not upto the mark. Was this information helpful? |
