To start with, staff member (Mr. Tushar Karnwal - Asst.Manager) doesn't carries amiable attitude resulting into uncomforting experience for the shopper(undersigned).
i bought pair of shoe style No. LPBC10L005 Size 41 on thursday i.e. 28th APril-11 @LP store at Saket Mall.
i thoroughly checked both article...however missed the sole part, after reaching home, i checked sole and found some manufacturing defect.
Next day i.e. 29th APril-11, i went to youlr store and got it replaced.
On the same afternoon, i started wearing the shoe,however, at night, i re-checked due to (earlier experience) and found that sole (rubber) of right shoe has got sharp protuberance.
Saturday & Sunday being holiday, so i went on monday i.e. 2nd May to same store and showed them the damage which happened to the sole right shoe (which evolved just after first use).
The staff at store were so indifferent towards the same and negate my concern stating that shoe has no-defect rather i should change my walk style ( this was derogratory).
On my numerous request they turned down the concern and ask me to take the shoe back without giving benefit of doubt to customer/user.
The .t Manager Mr. Tushar Karnwal (Mr. Dhurba store Manager was on leave @2nd May) was rude in terms of listening to my concern infact he didn't pay any heed rather other way round he conveyed that i don't know how to carry expensive shoe which is actually ridiculous and unaccepted.
I'd like to bring forward that such attitude of staff at LP store isn't standard way of handling customer's and should be dealt with utmost priority.
i won't wear the shoe (which i bought for Rs. 4000/-) until necessary action is taken at yourl end.
