I had bought a 3 Chinos of Louis Philippe from your JM Rd-Pune
1-2 Months Back. I wanted to exchange My two Trouser as my trouser getting faded by white color in only 2 months time didn’t understand why is happens.
I m very careful in washing the trouser.
But might be because of poor quality of cloth it get faded.
As I requested to replace the trouser but LP salesperson doesn’t interested for that in my problem.
and not interested in the exchange. They did not guided me properly. Still I bought a Trouser
After my Fight and compliant given to customer care to Madura lifestyle they the initiative to replace it. I given to him for exchange my trouser
but don’t know after giving almost month time for exchange. Now there quality people rejected the trouser it will not get replace don’t know the reason why..?
Just FYI :- I am regular customer of Allen solly, LP, van husen but this time I got very bad experience henceforth m not interested in any brand of Madura aaditya birla group.
And I also my group and friends not to buy this brands.. sorry to say this but its FACT.
I am not interested in any transaction now and want full refund for the clothes, please
take your dirty clothes with you.
i want to give compliant for harassing and giving pathetic service from Madura lifestyle.
