I booked honda new amaze SMT model from courtesy honda wazirpur outlet at on road price INR 8, 31, 000/- on 15 May 2022, I pay 5000 as booking amount &. Gave my old car in exchange as a down payment, rest balance amount I wanted to pay as loan, I told the sales manager that loan is taking some time, so it could not be possible to disburse in the same month, till that time he was okay and said I can not hold the new car so long time hence company will deliver that car to other client, I said not an issue, in June first week loan can be disbursed so, that time you hold another car for me .
Now, from last 2 days when I am saying for delivery, that sales manager suddenly said company has increased the price 15k without any prior information. I said at least you should tell me before but he argued and misbehaved with me and said I also not aware about this enhancement, hence I can’t do anything .
After that I said cancel my car booking and give me refund of the given amount, In that case he said we can give only the amount which was receipted . At the time deal, when I signed their forms he said the deal which we have given will not change . Now he quit from their words & give me a loss of giving refund or taking a car . Even though I dropped a mail to their senior subordinates but there was no response . All are sitting quite and enjoying the mail .
