Not installed after 7 days even

I have purchased one Aqua sure water purifier from Croma retail Pimpri shop on 30th of aug 2012. I was promised the installation & demonstration within 48 hrs. but by today 6th sep also there is no body to look after.Ihave made complaints to call center thrice but every time the same answer"sorry for inconvineience we will fix it within 24 hrs"but no action is seen till date.This is the worst service i have seen.

damaged products

I have brought a sony phone from croma store 15 days back for Rs 18200 , but it was malfunctioned from the first day ,
than i hav got a death on warranty letter from sony and get it replaced 1 day back
Now the same phone that they have given me inherits the same problem
and although it is in their policy to refund the money , they are not giving me my money back....

Mobile phone not repairable under EW

I purchased Sony Ericsson mobile on 6th March 2010 with an extended warranty of another 2 years. In June 2012, mobile phone was not working properly so i gave it to Gurgaon TATA Croma store for repairing the mobile phone. After two weeks, they told me that mobile phone is not repairable so we will provide you the replacement note of that.

Almost after 2 months, Still I haven't received any replacement note or repaired...

Extended Warranty doesn't cover remote

Extended Warranty doesnt cover remote I paid 850 Rs. for 2 years on extended warrenty. After an year AC remote stopped functioning. Croma doesn't repair remotes although it an electronic device which is a part of the product. People should not opt for extended warranty from Croma....

Attracting Customer by providing wrong features

Recently I had purchased a Acer Netbook from Croma Retail Online store and in website they are telling that net book has DVD Writer. However after I received the product I came know that it doesn't have DVD writer and for the same I had raised complaint but no one is hearing my complaint in Croma Retail Online Store and they are cheating me almost for the past one month by providing wrong commitments.

Worst Service & Customer Support

I had purchase Voltal 1.5 Ton Split AC in Croma, T Nagar on 27th April 2011 with 2 years extended warranty.

When I contacted them in June 2012 for a problem, they have not responded it.

Its a very worst service i have seen in my life time!!

Please do not go with Croma for any warranty options........

Large Scale Fraud: Marked up Price and then False Discounts

This is about a fraud and cheating being done on a large scale by Croma Retail.

I purchased a microwave on good faith from croma assuming the MRPs shown would be accurate

It seems that Croma guys lie about the MRP and give false discounts.

I bought a mobile and had given it last month for service at croma under extended warranty period(given on 20/5/12)still now i have not got it repaired .once they called me to collect it but to my surprise it was not repaired.at all.....then i started making customer complaints but nothing is happening other than some calls from store and service area.Today i have registered my 11thcomplaint.details....60 days over and counting...........

on 4th March 2011 i had bought an mobile samsung galaxy note n7000 of Rs 32500 from croma sales from sion brach. at the time of purchase they have taken of rs 250 for insuring my mobile they also not provided bill for that. They told that it will show in our system and yesterday my mobile was stolen

now they are refusing that they have not taken any money from me for insuring my mobile and iam help...

very poor after sales customer service

i bought a hardisk from Croma, Kamla nagar, Delhi branch....after some time it broke down..when i went to Croma for its replacement as it was in warranty period. they told me to show the bill...after examining the bill they said they cant replace it because no serial number of tht harddisk was mentioned on it.
I told them that that is their mistake because when they gave me the printed bill at the time of purchase...it wasnt even printed...

I had purchased a croma split A/C on the 21 May 2012 with invoice no. SLF02AO[protected]. The product was delivered on 22 May 2012 around 4 pm. I am a film studio/edit suite owner and have high end machines that run continously. The issue that I would like to bring forth is that inspite of repeated requests and constant follow up on the helpline, help is far from coming. No one has yet come for product demo or installation....

Poor and Pathetic service

The Croma store in DLF Mega Mall is pathetic. The mobile, which was given for servicing was damaged by the store. They insisted to me to take back the damaged handset. I did not agree and then they said they will check with service center and then get back. They never get back. I had to try number of times in the call-center and still they do not get back. A worthless and responsible service from Croma. The Store Manger does not have any...
