[Resolved] Croma — Product not delivered (Payment already made online) | |||||
I had placed an order on Saturday night 7th November. Here is the order number Ref. No. 228790. I even paid 99 for the express shipping. It was said that the product will reach under 24 hours. Then in the mail it's written as 48 hours. But now it's more than 5 days and i still haven't received the product. Then why you are charging for express shipping. Even the customer care number is giving the same vague reply that it's already dispatched and we have escalated the issue. It does not take 5 days to deliver the parcel within Mumbai. There isn't even a cancellation option. Please buy it from websites like Flipkart, amazon and snapdeal who accepts refund and return policy! Really Bad service!
