Hi Team,

I orded saree but i recieved the another parcel in that parcel jeans pant was there not a saree i asked delivery boy he say trackingwas, Matching so i gave you when i checked from perosn where i orderd they send me one image which is not match to my parcel on my parcel there my name and address but which i recieved a order on that only tracking is matching . i reach pout some many rtimes there no proper response form...

I have a courier to be received from nu-republic order number 1210 .
The delhivery Tracking ID is [protected].
Due o wrong phone numder I am not even able to log case with Delhivery.
A Delhivery guy came asking for OTP and found that OTP is sent to another number that I never...

I have placed my order on 1st June 2023 and the delivery executive boy ensured me to deliver the same within 3 days.
I have been constantly trying to connect with delhivery team for delivery of my documents at the earliest and also to provide me the contact number of the delivery executive, however, to date the team has failed to deliver my parcel....

I have placed the order on 1st June 2023 and was ensured by the delviery executive team to get it delivered within 3 days. Today 9th June 2023, till date it has not been delivered and there is no customer care contact number. the delivery executive team is silent and no replies of my repeated emails....

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Delhivery regarding their failure to deliver a courier while falsely marking it as "delivered" on their app. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter and protecting my consumer rights.

Full description - I got one shipment picked from my regular seller to my home address and in-transit the shipment was delayed at Ahmedabad for 1 day also and when I received the product the delivery boy did not take signature or OTP. When I opened the parcel inside there was one small torn dirty cloth in place of my product for 8000 rupees.

My product reached my nearest facility.it is showing excecutive unable to reach for past 2 days.they dont even calling me....

I received a product on saturday 27th May and which was ordered from facebook advertisement. I recieved bogus item in it and want to return I contacted my local delhivery office they told me to give a return application in written along with aadhaar and AWB no.
I submitted a letter with aadhaar and AWB no same day but now they are not responding and I am very much dissatisfied.

1. Delivery boy and post master harrassing me by abuses .
2. Courier partner not deliver package at doorstep .

ISSUE- The delivery partner picked up the return package from me but did not update the status after reaching the office and canceled the reverse pickup Took the package from me and canceled the reverse pick up request and didn't even return the package to me when I called the post master the post master abused...

I have been registering a complain since 9 days that my package has been lost, miss placed or might have been delivered to the wrong address, at least I expect a reply or some kind of communication, whenever a customer mail or register a complaint. plus it was an expensive package, so I just can’t leave it like that and now I have started to feel that I might have lost a lot of “hard-worked” money. I had requested to deliver a consignment from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th May. I cancelled the order and it was supposed to be returned back to me on 20 th May. After I didn't receive the package, I raised a complain and they said it will be returned with in 24 hrs. Still I haven't received the consignment. I requested for shipping a parcel from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th May 2023 via Delhivery app. Their respective came and collected the parcel on the same day. As I noticed that the parcel don't have all the contents, I cancelled the shipping on 17th May 2023.

Everyday the app shows it will be delivered the next day, and the very next day the delivery status updates and gets updated to the next day. There is no customer...

The app shows its being returned and the return date keeps changing on the app daily but I am not getting my package back at all...

My parcel with Tracking ID/AWB[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 17th May . But it is not getting delivered till today 22nd May, And Everytime i check the date that was supposed to be delivered get's extended .

I tried to ask their support and also raised a ticket but i only got one AI response then they stopped responding to My tickets ....
