I ordered shoes from H&M online store on 17th April. Ot eas shipped the same day and reach Bangalore on 19th. Previously 5 the ETA was 19th, but it kept getting delayed further and further. This order and another order of mine got mixed up by the courier person and was delivered to the wrong address for which I got the amount paid for delivery refunded as I raised a complain.
But as the delhivery people initiated a return for this Awb #[protected] package and its been 1.5 weeks and I never got it returned to me and everyday it shows the delivery person is out for delivery but nobody ever showed...

I am unable to contact the Delhivery customer service number. I was able to connect with their contract person perfumes2order partner of Delhivery probably.
