I ordered two pieces of water heater on my home address. For that, this delivery guy called me to pick from the store only. The store is 5km from my place. He threatened that he will cancel the order otherwise. He also scolds to do whatever you want.

The behavior of the courier employees is very rude. I was in very hurry because i have to go to my destination. So i requested them that if they can deliver me faster today. They talked to me very rudely and cut off my call. Is this kind of behavior we are suffering while ordering online. Very poor experience with delhivery this time. I have only requested to delivery my product fast not ordered them. That they behaved with me like that....

I had a return pick up scheduled for one of my online orders. A guy came to my place asking for my return parcel which i handed over. Then next day i received a call from delhivery asking whether they can come pick up the stuff. When i mentioned it has already been picked up they said there could be a duplicate request. Since then we have been trying to track this parcel, in vain, and to figure who came and how he knew i had a return parcel.br...

Ordered medicines on 19th should reach by 21 and reached the city on 21st but note being delivered to me till on date no good interaction between customer support and working logistics team. It’s been more than 10 days since i placed an order through case ki dukaan, it was shipped with delhivery on 27th of november. On the tracking site it was updated that the shipment arrived my nearest hub on 30th of november. Since then there is no updates in the tracking site. I called delivery customer care support a countless number of times and they said my shipment is misrouted. I still haven’t received...

The delhivery service hasn't delivered my parcel yet, it'll be almost be a month now. They never try to contact and falsely show that they are out for delivery. There are no messages or calls. There is only delay when i contact them. I have waited patiently enough. But everytime there has only been denial. My 3 products (From different apps) are in destination city from the last 5 days but not delivered yet. When i call them they talk rudely. Worstest experience.
Whenever i call them for help they either not pick my call or cut the call imediately.
When i try to call there main branch with the no. They provide on their website also not activate. They are damaging the reputation of online shopping apps....

I transported my bike from avira parcel to delhivery from mumbai to siliguri. I received my bike totally damaged condition. Where i had to pay cash as i was on bike ride expidition my planed was booked at different places daily so i couldn't leave my bike n claim.
