The courier company delhivery is collecting pick-up's on time but after being processed is not moving from the location "location : coimbatore_krumtmpti_h (Tamil nadu)" it being on this place for several days without any movement.
100+ shipments are being stuck here 5+ days and hence we face trouble with the customers as the orders edd is missed where as when edd is missed many orders refunds are being processed...

My order was is pending for delivery since 28th october. Everytime i get a message that item is out for delivery and by the end of the day another message that delivery was attempted. This has happened not just once but 5 times. Their customer care is useless and will just provide you with standard answers. I have been waiting quite patiently for the item to be delivered but their agents never turn up to deliver the item infact just update...

I have placed a return request from nykaa which was about to be picked up by delhivery. The delivery boy collected wrong product from my end and marked as pickup cancelled by customer when i escalated this i was being told that you will get your product back in next 2 days it's been 10 days now since i am struggling to get my product back.
