I had placed an order13/03/24.It was processed and out for delivery on 16/03/24.But I want to cancel my order. So I refused to collect that order. Nyka customer service told me to get my refund after it has been checked in warehouse. When I try to contact delivery manager from the message of ecomexhe didn't answer the call. I then called delivery boy, but all in vain.Now OFD lock applied to the product and sitting in transit status. Please do something to get my refund
