I had registered a complaint about my Godrej AC which I bought in 2017. The complaint was registered on 31.12.2023. The technician came after four days and reported that the motor of the fan in the outdoor unit was to be replaced.
The same was out of stock and it will take 2 weeks to get the spare from the company.
It's nearly 3 months. The complaint is not yet rectified. It is getting hotter day by day and I regret purchasing a Godrej product with their pathetic service response.
