This is regarding the Silver ETF initial application and allotment via ICICI Prudential Portal.
No allotment is made yet; I have reached out to your helpdesk twice: 12/Jan/2022 @ 14:04 and 03/Feb/2022 @ 13:50 where I was suggested to write to [protected]@icicipruamc.com with details along with the link which was generated along with the application. Accordingly I have initiated and email with all the details on 03/Feb/2033 and a reminder seeking status on 09/Feb/2022 - no response yet.
Need an explanation from ICICI Prudential AMC team what is happening.
Please confirm whether the allotment will happen or not; if the allotment does not happen, they why did the portal provide the option to apply taking all sensitive data viz., DEMAT PAN and Bank details?
It is expected that you at least acknowledge the complaint and let the complainant know the proceeds with transparency. Not responding to the queries reflects unprofessionalism. Was this information helpful? |
