I had travelled via Indigo Flight 6E 6158, from Chennai to Hyderabad
(4:13 pm time of departure) on the 27th of March, 2024. I am very disappointed to see my baggage being handled roughly and has visible damage. The irony of the situation is that I had just purchased the trolly on the morning of the travel. I kindly request the team to look into this issue and provide an acceptable compensation for the same. Being a frequent traveler, we do put our possession's safety and trust on the airline's hand and expect proper ownership and responsibility of the damage endured by the customer.
