I visited the Intellipaat website on January 30, 2024 and immediately received a call from the sales team. She explained the course to me and asked me to sign up immediately.
When I asked for time to think about it, the sales team asked to pay a partial amount. They kept calling until 10pm saying they were still in the office to enrol me.
The next day, January 31, I received calls from different managers. I got a total of 22 calls and they kept bothering me and sending me a link to pay.
I was in a meeting, but they kept calling until 11:30 at night saying it was the end of the month, we had to close and convincing me to make the payment.
Soon after a week I realised that the course will not help me . So I asked for a cancellation but they refused. So I downgraded to some relevant courses which cost me 50k. The remaining 50, 000 is still outstanding and and waiting for the refund.
My EMI has started and it is difficult for me to manage. So I request you to intervene and resolve the issue.

My issue has not yet been addressed. It's been long time am waiting for the response. Could you please so kind as to provide me resolution?
