On February 9th, I enrolled in the "IITM Pravartak- Advanced certification in Data Analytics for Business course." The classes were originally scheduled for weekends. However, after attending only four classes, I found the quality of teaching to be unsatisfactory, far from what had been promised by the salesperson. I made a request to cancel my subscription on February 26th, and I have attached a screenshot of the conversation as evidence. Unfortunately, their response was that they had a strict no-refund policy, and I was unable to withdraw from the course. I believe that this course was designed as a ploy to extract money from individuals, without delivering on the promised quality. They seem solely focused on profit-making and employ a "No refund policy" as a means to trap and exploit people. Despite multiple requests to cancel my subscription, they have consistently rejected my proposal. I have not attended any further classes and have not derived any benefit from the service, yet I continue to pay for it. Once subscribed, I find myself trapped in a situation where I am compelled to pay the full amount, despite experiencing subpar teaching, inadequate service, and uncooperative staff. I am eager to break free from this situation and seek justice. They have even resorted to threats against my family members, making my life increasingly difficult. I want to emphasize that I promptly expressed my desire to discontinue the course after just four classes. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this situation as I believe it is unjust to pay for a service that has provided me with absolutely no value. Was this information helpful? |
