We are sorry that our product didn't mark to your expectation and if customers don't like the product, we gradually accept it for return or exchange if it is eligible under the return policy of our website.
However, as per our return policy; any type of stitched clothing and special discount applied products are non-returnable and un-exchangeable.
And the ordered product of the order number[protected], is also stitched clothing, and a discount code of FLAT10 is also applied on it, so it is non-eligible for any return or exchange on our website.

In addition, the same product is delivered as the details mentioned in its description on our website and we have already mentioned in the description that the fabric of the product will be of georgette.
Furthermore, the product in which size is not mentioned is in size XL and if customers don't find the mentioned size and have any doubt or query, they ask us at the time of address confirmation to our executive.
However, the customer with the mentioned order, neither asked for size nor fabric at the time of address confirmation.
