I have bought a product (saree) through Jiofab. Money has been deducted but product has not been delivered till date. Since 25th February 2021, the status at the courier is "Out for delivery". It is 8th March and I am no longer convinced the product would be delivered. I had sent an email to Jiofab and courier services Xpressbees and haven't yet received a clear response.
As I customer. I find am being misguided and provided with misinformation. I need to file a complaint regarding the same. Please find the status of the courier as an attachment.
