Within a year the one pair of vincent chase lenses that was purchased for bimal lal developed scratches and became cloudy / almost opaque in routine use. Attention lenskart, how do the lenskart lenses used in customer spectacles get fully scratched up and get opaque during routine use if you boast of high quality lenses and charge top of shelf prices? Your focus should be on quality and not only on your profit margins dear srishti d, customer service representative doesn't want to take responsibility. If this is what is done to handle genuine customer issue, do bad job and being dismissive of taking responsibility, i and family am unsure of purchasing further lenses fm lenskart.
