I have ordered a product on 13/08/23 amounting rs.450/-, which was to be delivered on 15/08/23 (Three or free offer was also applicable on this). Even after 15days there was no tracking of the order.
When the issue was escalated with customer care on 28/08/23, they assured delivery of the same. Another they conveyed me that they cancelled the order on 22/08/23 and refunded my money to my bank a/c.
Now the product was revised to 600/-, again i escalated the issue with customer care, that they have cancelled the order to just save rs. 150/- and three or free offer.
He apologized and assured me to initiate refund in terms of lk cash in my lk wallet.
Next day when it was not transferred to my lk wallet, again i escalated the issue with customer care. This time customer care advisor was so rude in behavior and he denied to transfer lk cash as per company policy.
Very surprising, in one day company policy changed. One day one advisor assured to transfer the lk cash as apology and another day different advisor denies the same.
Its totally marketing strategy. If any order gets delayed just they cancel the order to save their cashback.
