As a regular customer i visited your sodepur, w. B 700110 retail outlet on 28th march 2023 and ordered my monthly requirements of medicinces aggregating rs 4, 643.50p. Accordingly before delivery i paid the above bill through my debit card of my account no [protected] with s. B. I kolkata highcourt spb branch code 14523. But unfortunately the paytm slip auto generated showed as ' transaction failed'. But after checking my balance in the account i found my account has already been debited. Accordingly although i am regularly contacting your branch people, who confirmed having received the money in compan'ys account i am not getting my money. As a result i am being 77 yrs of old, not able to purchase my life saving medicine. Today also i had interaction with mr sudip mallick reportedly at your accounts offiice at sovabazar, kolkata. Please therefore mimmdiately refund my money in view of the urgency and confirm me to my mobile no [protected] and oblige.
