I had ordered a calendar and also completed the payment for it. But the page was showing some errors. The money has been deducted from my account and I still have no clue what is the status of my order. I have been trying to know this through the customer care support. I have sent emails, been trying to call them so many times but every time either they disconnect the call or don't receive it at all.
This kind of pathetic customer support is definitely gonna make customers dissatisfied. I feel so disappointed for considering this site to place my order. Was this information helpful? |
