I have received wrong items print venue.
I have ordered calender from them in july 2021
But they have sent some one else photos.
I have informed them also explained the issue.
I have sent the screenshots and video of the package also.
It is a calendar and no use if sending the product now. They didn't try sending the product to me in the eraly stage of the issue.
What stopping them from taking action I don't know.
customer care is worse. I understand that this covid time but when someone lifts the call. they say that it will be resolved in 7 days. its happening every time.
