I bought a 2 BHK flat in Provident Sunworth (Bangalore) 5E-305 and paid the booking amount on 18 - 19th Nov 2019. Later I paid the amount as
per the given in the agreement letter on a regular basis. Even Though I paid the amount on a regular basis, they still said the amount was not paid.
So I got many issues in the account reconciliation. I called more than 1000 times and sent more than 200 emails as well as every transaction details many times and asked them to reconcile the account but never got any proper response. Out of total, now only INR 9.74 Lacs is pending for which I applied Loan from HDFC bank.
As It was not possible for me to visit India frequently in 2020 due to the corona pandemic and lockdown in the countries, so I couldn't visit India. Finally I got the flight to Bangalore and reached on 27th Feb 2021 for the account reconciliation and registration.
I informed them via call and email 20 days earlier that I am coming on 27th Feb'2021 so keep the things ready for registration as I might not be having enough time to stay and they promised that it just need 3 days to complete everything.
Also got the confirmation that no further documents are needed. Meantime I also got the loan sanctioned from the bank as all the process was already done. Now since then the bank people also calling frequently as its been long time after loan is approved and sanctioned.
I was told that registration will be completed in 1 day.
After reaching Bangalore I visited the office and then they checked that there was an issue from their side as they didn't include a few of the transactions and confirmed that no further payment is needed from my side except the sanctioned bank loan amount.
From 27th Feb'2021 till 24th Mar'2021, I stayed in a hotel in Bangalore and spent more than INR 50, 000 and just waited for the registration.
I was getting the responses that next week it will be done...we are trying but not getting the slot this week..will try the next day..next week...like that..
After around 2 weeks, I got to know that there is some issue with Khata No. linking and it will be done by this weekend and then next week and so on..
On 24th March'2021, I was told that you can go to your hometown as we are not sure how much time it will take. We will inform once it is done so that you can come for 1 day and can return on the same day.
Since then, till today also I have been waiting..trying to call them..they pick once if I call 10 times...till now there is no update on this.
Now today I got to know that every 4th or 5th customer is having Khata No. issues and they are struggling like the same..
After keeping my job and life at risk in this pandemic, somehow I came to India only for the registration...spent more than INR 50, 000 in a Hotel in Bangalore and now its 4th months...but no update still.
I have to book my return flight ticket as soon as possible once the registration process is done.
Please take this as a serious issue and do as necessary.
