I am writing this complaint in regard to my academic transcript, which I had submitted to the University in the month of June, and it has been over two months now, that we haven't got a response in regard to the tracking details of the documents supposedly shipped, even after repeated request for the same. My name is Veronica Shira and I'm under immense pressure from WES (Canada) University for the inexplicable delay for which I have already paid a delay fine of approximately Rs.7000. Requesting for the early resolution.
