1. Took a loan from zestmoney on 31st january 2021 and closed it on 15th march 2021, they lended money via their IIFL. but they reported to cibil that the account is not closed and having balance of 572/- and overdue of 893/-. i have contacted their support team and they said they are working to solve the issue everytime i message to their mail, lastly after 7months they said they have been solved the issue and it will reflect in your cibil after 30days, but my cibil report shows the same details nothing updated.
2. Its from their another partner DMI Finance they updated my address with someone's and they mailed them about this issue, they replied that they cant do anything instead they told to zestmoney they will do the needful do update my correct address. then i contacted zestmoney for this issue in september2021 they are washing their hands they cant do anything contact DMI Finance.
