Poor broadband connection and very irresponsible customer service

Since the day of installation, my airtel wifi is getting frequently disconnected. The customer care/technicians are dragging the issue too much unnecessarily. They promised to send a technician every time they call me, but nobody arrives. It has been about 2 months till now and i still have the problem. Also, they promised on phone that the router they will provide will give wifi to our entire house. But, the radius of the wifi is very limited....

I have called customer care on 6th july 2017 regarding the payment i have made, which is rs.18243 instead of rs.1823, i was not given proper instruction and later on enquiry on 7th july only i came to know that i had to send mail to 121 for the refund which was not mentioned on my previous days call. Failed to serve me for porting

I requested airtel to port my present number to airtel karnataka, but no progress is happening after taking documents and no updates is getting from any service executives. When i called them, their phones are busy and they are not calling me back. Any way how this can be sorted out?

I already have 2 sims of airtel with no use for the same porting purpose.

4g sim not activated after upgrading from 3g

I upgraded my sim from 3g to 4g yesterday evening. According to the delivery guy (Who delivered the sim to the address i mentioned in the request), the 4g sim should have been activated within 30 minutes after putting it into my mobile. But that didn't happen. It still shows "no service".
As mentioned in the message sent by airtel customer care, i sent the message sim to 121.
Please let me know the correct procedure to get...

Airtel fake prepaid plan 399/-

I have recharged my airtel number with 399 /- (Per airtel app 1gb/day-70 days), and its not giving 1gb/day as promised. My data expired after first 1gb usage and they are giving 28 days validity instead of 70 days, nor they are giving 1gb data/day, its only one time data of 1gb for 28 days, its my mistake to choose airtel when jio is fulfilling their promises....

4g dongle service, excess billing without intimation

I opted for 4g lte 999 data plan with 10 gb data, in november i requested for an additional data for the same billing amount. Your cx executive suggested and gave an offer of 20gb for same price. I was happy and things went really well.

When i saw the bill for last 2 month, i was shocked to see the bill amount is around rs.1500+. When i called your customer care to complaint i got to know that was an offer for only 3 month....

I had a word with airtel number of times regarding signal issue and issue was still in worst condition. The same thing i have mentioned in complain no.[protected]Complain date 12/feb/2017).
I have also shared my location (Airtel open network) through link as mentioned in message in airtel. If i am changing my phone setting in “auto” only getting 2 signals in phone and if doing setting in 2g/3g at that time getting signal 4 or 5....
