Hi, this is sherin george from delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today evening, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge...

I called customer care and had activated international roaming in april 2017. I used wifi most of the time. I used to get messages that "free incoming calls, 500 mb data activated for no additional cost."

I have checked with airtel again when i went to us. I was told that my international roaming was activated and i should not be worried about anything.

In may i paid ~ rs. 9500.in june my bill has jumped to 13...

This is piyasi. I just recharged my phone around afternoon today, my transaction id[protected] with rs. 345 pack which said unlimited all calls and data for 28days. Its a west bengal kolkata sim i'm currently using in bhubaneshwar. Outgoing calls just deducted the entire main balance i had? Now what's the point of the recharge then? And if roaming charges are applicable why the hell do you not mention that in the scheme properly!...

I have done mnp from vodafone to airtel. Aritel retailers charge me rs1098. But my last mnp is not completed 90 day's. So vodafone rejected mnp. Now airtel retailers is not refunding my money. I have chat with airtel customer care. He told me airtel is not charing any money for mnp. And he confirmed plan is 499 but retailers sold. Me 899 and 199 login change.

Previously i lodged complaints on airtel customer care. But there is no response from them they were talking arrogant and lack of manners. They argue that the customer is time passing and for that purpose only calling to customer care.
They were not interested to say anything about airtel offers on prepaid connection.

I got a bill for ₹1250 for this month. I have been frequently visiting the airtel service center showroom located in chennai, puzhal branch related to mobile portability from aircel to airtel, also related to my other airtel numbers.

I have airtel post paid connection from more than 7 years.in last bill i noticed a hike of rs100 in total postpaid bill. When i see the details billing i got shocked as i see rs 50 charged twice for sms-others.

On 8.7.2017 i attempted recharge of rs 104 from my mobile banking for data recharge. The amount was deducted from the bank but recharge failed. Immediately i attempted the second time. I have recharged of 150rs on 8th july 2017 by axis mobile app but not yet recevied the recharge in the airtel number. Verified with axis bank customer care they have been processed and debited the recharge amount from my bank account. I am complaining about the dth service of airtel on id no [protected]. The same dth was recharged 2 times in the month of jun 2017 amounting rs 290/- each. I required a broadband connection for my office i raise a request on your site your representative from noverto business services pvt ltd. Contacted me on 6 th jul and deliver me a instrument with a sim also i give him rs-2500/-my photo and my id proof for connection and he promise me that this connection is start working within 24 hours but till today its not working when i try to call him his phone is switch off, then i call to his office...

This complaint is regarding the legal notice warning airtel sent me via phone, which according to them is necessary if i didn;t clear my dues.

However, since feb 22, 2017 i have repeatedly asked them to disconnect my connection. I got all the transaction ids and task no. Which airtel provides while talking to their customer care representative. Also, all my dues were clear till feb 22, 2017.

I have requested for a broadband connection and have submitted advance rental of 1000 inr. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area due to dp, i requested them to refund my amount.
