I Subhashish Chakraborty has made a recharge of amount rs 346 on my airtle number ([protected]) from my airtel app but still i am unable to make call
i want my money back to my Airtel bank account or just solve my issue.

I have recently purchased Airtel 4g hotspot and the person sent by Airtel told only postpaid services are available in hotspot and took 3860inr including 3 months data charge. However when I tried to contact Airtel to activate the number they were very unresponsive and irritating and took them more than 4 days to check whether it is a valid number.
