Dear Team,

My name is Girish and I am working as project manager for one of the reputed companies, and recently I got ported to Airtel from Vodafone.

The main reason why i ported my number was because of the attractive plan which says - "Infinity Plan" with a 549 rental where in you get 7gb, 4g data for a month and unlimited national and std outgoing free, along with 100 sms per day and incoming free while roaming....

Looks like airtel has a policy of fleecing consumers by not deactivating d postpaid accounts.have tried deactivating the account several times at dilshad garden, delhi and durgapuri chowk, delhi since march 1, 2017 but to no avail .
dilshad garden says they will be able to do it after holi which is not at all understandable

I have two Airtel phone connections viz [protected] (pre-paid) and [protected] (post paid-CUG Railways) and my wife has[protected], my son's phone number is [protected] & my daughters number is [protected], All Air tel phones. For the past Ten days, zero network when the phones are inside the house and shows the network only when come out. This is very bad. I had filled balance on my prepaid airtel number through the my airtel app on 21.2.17 and 22.2.17 and exact time the balance amount was deducted from my account but I didn't receive the balance amount. I had registered a complaint on 23.2.17 and was told that the balance amount would be refunded within 10 days but no such action has happened. This is appalling and I would like immediate action....

I am getting Error 538 whenever I dial *121# from my airtel number [protected]. It is painful to check my balance and data details by calling 121 every time.

Since i bought the sim, this error I am getting every time.

Please let me know how to resolve it....

Its been 4 days i got a airtel post paid sim card, and it has not been activated yet. I spoke to one of the agents today and they said it is going to take more 24hrs. It doesn't make any sense to me. I don't understand if i got a sim card or a passport. Why is it taking that long for the verification stuff. I'm very disappointed with this. I have recently changed my SIM card and my sms amd call services were resumed but unfortunately my data has been entirely emptied even though there was a huge amount left the previous day.Also the usage charge is changing constantly....

I have moved to the new location in budigere, and was looking for a new airtel connection. I got and airtel agent and opt for 999 40 mbps plan. After the installation, the speed was coming for 4 mbps.

I have paid 3447 as 3 months advance rental. Now when i call these guys from last 3 days they are not answering properly.

I have been using an airtel prepaid number for over 6 years which I bought from a local shop by giving my ID and photo. Suddenly I got an SMS saying SIM change request has been submitted which I never did and my number stopped working. When I called customer care, they informed me that the number is not under my ID but under a different person's ID. I want that number to be activated on the old SIM or give me a new sim...

Got message from Airtel, 99 rupees has been deducted for international roaming.

I have not activated this service, and not even traveling to outside india. Then how come this service activated and 99 deducted form my account?

I called costumer service immediately, from pune, Maharashtra, but agent was trying to convince me I am not in Pune, somewhere outside india. And hence this service is activated. What pathetic...

I subscribed to a basic 2999 USA 3GB plan for 10days. I used 1 GB of it in 5days and disconnected it once I landed in India. Airtel gave me a bill of 15k which after 30days they waived off 7900 as it was wrongly charged. Next month in March 2017 I get a bill for 75000 against international roaming data usage for a period of 3hours in UAE which includes 10000 Rs taxes. I am using airtel digital tv, they have activated "i music " service on my account without permission or on oct 2016 . When i found it on march 2017, and asked them for refund, and called their customer care they says that i activated the by giving miscall and they will not refund the amount.
But the service was not activated from my side in any manner.
Please help .

I am not able to make a call nor receive a call from others. Every time when I try to call some one it is not going. Same is the case with receiving calls, if some one tries to call me they get engaged tone even if my phone is not engaged. Lot of call drops during conversation. Really I am fed up with the network. The mobile network at my house is very poor and same is the case of mobile data..Most of the times the phone number is out of coverage and am facing call drops every other second.
Mobile data is pathetically slow.
I raised this complaint on 21st Feb Compliant Number:74272132.
There has been no update or improvement from Airtel. They are still working whenever i call on the customer care number..

I was deducted an amount of RS. 99 for the activation of international roaming.
I am 1000℅sure that neither did I travel out of country nor did I ask for the activation of international roaming
