I am Vinay facing an issue with airtel SIM card. Since morning My airtel SIM reads “No Service”. I have checked my SIM card with other handsets but still facing the issue. Being in Qatar am not able to reach any airtel store and all the prepaid customer care numbers showing in airtel official website are unserviceable and not reachable.

I made a payment on 19th November of Rs 600 to amazon through my airtel payment bank. As i return the product they initiated the refund amount(rs 600) on 3rd December to my airtel payment bank. And they also gave bank reference number of this refund. But sir it already 6 working day passed still it not reflected on my airtel payment bank account. Many times i called airtel customer care help line but sir they did not help....

I have tried recharge my Airtel number with Rs.839 pack, the recharge is unsuccessful, amount debited from my account but not yet refunded....

Had enabled international roaming for uae with the amount of rs. 3998 for two times. Airtel offered 500 min incoming /500 min outgoing call and 5 gb data. But in uae i am unable to utilize the outgoing calls as the call get dropped within 20 sec.

Also they not provided the balance minutes check option either by ussd or through internet. So unable to find how many incoming minutes i utilized during my trip. So unable to utilize...

My Mobile number is [protected]. My out going sms is barred. Called customer care couple of time but it was of no use. i have re-entered correct sms center number [protected]. but still my problem has not been resolved.

Please do something to get my sms outgoing activated....

Form tody morning i cant send messages to anyone my outgoing messages are blocked i try to talk to customer service but nothing happened. Because of this problem i can't even make online payments so please fix this problem as soon as possible this is so important for me i hope you will fix my problem thank you...

Even though I have sim activated, International roaming activated. Sim shows zero network .there is no way to call customer care and app us just waste of Time Faq and automated response.

I have wasted 5, 000 Rs already on this international roaming ....

Made payment of 2828 for Xstream Fiber connection on 24th NOV 2021. Till date, the installation is yet to be done. On enquiring, i came to know that the FAT box isn't live & had no power. Its been 18 days....

I have recently shifted to UAE and I'm keeping my india airtel number (+91) active with prepaid balance if Rs 298.
Now suddenly the services are barred for no reason.
Airtel is no way bothered to send message before disconnecting.
Very bad service...

I am using airtel prepaid sim for the past 11 years. Recently i moved to Bahrain on a buisness trip and was staying here for 3 months now. I am working in Abu Dhabi since 2019. this is the second time I'm facing an issue with my airtel sim [protected]. even I have enough balance in my account they are simply stopped my service. the last time I went to India and took a duplicate sim. now I came back here after two months again they stopped my service. they are looting money from customers. please take necessary action on this....

Its about one year that i was complaining regarding indoor network issue that i am facing. I lodged many complaints but Every time i asked them did u resolve the problem? They answered the work is in progress or the complaint is closed and now the problem has resolved. But still i am facing same issue. The customer care representative gives fake promises and asked for the patience.
Really Airtel is such a bad telecom service provider....

I am using Airtel SIM. I have recharged with Rs. 399 and the validity was till Dec 3, 2021.
From Dec 1, 2021 I am not able to access data services provided by airtel. I have raised complaint on Dec 3rd 2021. Also Since my plan validity was till Dec 3rd, Agiain I have recharged with RS. 2999 which is 1 year plan.

Till Now I didn't get any solution to my problem. I have dialed 198 and communicated to customer...
