Not getting PORT CODE

Address:13 mary complex, ganesapuram road, nagercoil

Last one week I try to generate port code from Airtel
But no response from service provider
Every time I get the following message
“ UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
I am totally disappointed
Please solve my problem as soon as Possible...

Request for money refund payment given to airtel-xstream fiber

On 29th Nov, I have booked for airtel-xtream fiber but when technician came to my location it seems that no connection is available in my area. But already I have paid of Rs2828 money to the airtel-xtream fiber and when i'm complaining for the refund of money the airtel customer care is not responding towards my issues. I tried for many times but not in vane and also the fiber team(Client) who has provided me all details about the connection...

Airtel Xstream Fiber REFUND

Airtel is not giving me a refund of Rs 5307 I paid in advance as fiber fees. I requested refund because the salesman tricked me into paying for this. He later claimed Airtel is not their in my locality and asked for under the table bribe to facilitate the connection. This is extremely pathetic. Please give back my money as its been over 1 week I haven't heard from Airtel regarding this issue. I am fed up and I need my money back....

Not receiving any incoming calls / messages to my no. 9160123601

Hi, I'm Not receiving any incoming calls / messages to my no. [protected], from last Friday (03-Dec-21). Outgoing call is only 15 sec, then automatically, it's getting disconnected.
Hope this can be resolved....

I am complaining about the fake offers given on app by kityek and mis guiding me

I got a notification of Rs.265 recharge with benefit of 1.5/day through airtel app.After doing the same recharge I am only getting 1gb/day.And the network is extremely poor on my sim though I have change the sim.Also they are providing coupons which are not working.I have also emailed this to customer care but I didn't get reply from past 4 days.
Please upgrade my recharge

I have submitted request for transfer of corporate number [protected] to individual name on 28th November 2021 with Airtel Store Sector 21C Faridabad and also forwarded mail from my previous employer as a proof of NOC. The request was raised on 2nd December 2021 from mentioned store and till date it has not been processed.

I have been trying to contact Mr. Monu from the store since today morning but he is not responding to...

Scam of Price Increase

Hi Team,

My landline number [protected]

We have received call from airtel team that upgrade your plan to fibre with 499 with unlimited speed of 40 Mbps & we will upgrade to fibre line & modem without any extra cost within 72 hours.But it's more than 14 days we are getting speed of 8 Mbps with copper line only.

You have increased price by telling us wrong thing.They tell us that they are calling...

I have spent the last 2 years trying to change my business mobile numbers - from Postpaid to prepaid. Prepaid Mobile Failed Transaction

I have made recharge of Rs.598.00 through Union Bank Of India debit card on 18.112021 at 16.59 hrs. I got SMS from AIRTEL that your recharge is under progress and wait for 2 hrs. But money got deducted from my bank account.

After 2 hours, Airtel customer care AA-AIRINF sent sms as transaction failed. Contact your Bank.

Checked with my Bank next day, they have told no message or refund effected from Airtel Bank....

Airtel DTH & Broadband Services

We have multiple Airtel DTH & Broadband accounts located in the same building. Despite numerous emails regarding our accounts, nobody at Airtel has responded.

Unable to activate imessages on iphone

Hi, am not able to activate imessages and facetime on my phone.Am using airtel network.and i have the unlimited pack for one year. i even added a 99/- talktime pack just to make sure as an additional.but didnt help.
I have tried turning on and off the imessages toggle button. restarting the phone.even i did reset all the network settings and what not.all in vain....

Money got deducted, but not reflecting

I have recharged on 22 Nov 2021 but the issue was by mistakenly I have recharged two times money also deducted but not reflected, pack (100RS- Talk time) it shows like validity nil, but today it shows pack expired how.. within 10 days how does it will expire even I don't call anyone

NOTE: I HAVE TWO ISSUES

ONE IS MONEY GOT DEDUCTED BUT NOT REFLECT

ANOTHER ONE IS HOW TALK TIME WILL EXPIRE...

Order Id 6868798723500175360 not completed, no refund

I have done prepaid recharge of Rs.399 on Airtel Thanks App for a airtel simcard on 23rd Nov 2021, order Id[protected]. Rs.399 got deducted from my bank account but the recharge was never successful. I assumed that I will get a refund in a few days as I did not get the recharge done message. It's been 14 days since the recharge date and I still haven't got any refund....

Phone is not connected

The number is added in DND automatically and there is an error to connect the call the outgoing has been closed and if i dial a number it shows a call not connected ......

Lack of Recharge plans

Airtel is best in service but there lack of plans so, instead of increasing rates put your brains in making plans in the range of 300/400Rs

There is only 1-2 choices

If you think you can find money efficient recharge there's nothing

sometimes we haven't used 250 mb in a day but sometimes 1.5gb is not enough for a day.
Please make more flexible plans...

Unable to Make calls and Send SMS

I activated the airtel international roaming 3997 pack, as per the pack I'm getting unlimited calls and SMS also the internet is working well, but I'm unable to call anyone or send SMS. I have 500 mins of outgoing calls in my plan....
