I have submitted 3-4 complaints in past 3 months with different airtel numbers regarding the network in the area. it is very disappointing that our problem is not yet heard. Airtel claims for network at remote places, but i ask airtel at least provide network in the metro city first. such a failure to resolve the issue.

This is in regards to my earlier complaint posted on 20.11.2016. I had raised complaint about auto activation of paid service for which i had been charged ₹49/-.
On 22nd, i had received call from airtel and issue got resolved and i got my balance back.
I am surprise to see that today again i have been charged ₹35/- for auto activation of same service. How can airtel do that? I am very much disappointed the way this issue...

This service is provided by airtel to every customer by default but they are doing bias with my number.

This was not hoped from such a high level authority of airtel

I have used Airtel broadband prior for very long time, that made me to choose airtel once again for my broadband and voice connection when I shifted to new location.

I have applied for airtel new broadband connection two weeks before(hearing it will be done in 1-2 days) and have contacted and wasted almost 200 Rs in calling concerned members for my connection daily . Still I don't have a activated connection...

Faulty dvr set top box replaced which does not record

My airtel dth consumer number is [protected]-001.
My old airtel dvr set top box was not working properly as it was restarting every 5 min, so it was replace with new dvr set top box.
But new set top box does not record after pressing record button, just gives error "sorry you cant record this program."
And customer care does not take complaint. They want error code to take complaint.
But i just get error message...

Today in my app i have seen a special offer in the "best offer for you" section (Refer attached snap with amount as 255) for my number like '260 full talk time and 1 gb data for recharge of rupees 255' and so i made that recharge. But after recharge the benefits are not as promised instead i just got 1 gb of data with validity of 25 days.
