I had recharged my prepaid number [protected] on 22nd November 2016 with Rs 27 to activate 70MB data with a validity of 30 days. Then I already had nearly 760 MB data in my account. That previous data balance should carry forward with the newly recharged 70MB as I had recharged within the validity period. However that previous data balance is not showing in my account. That recharge was failed. I contacted to local customer care they asked me to submit the accont details at airtel online refund. Poor service for broadband reconnection request

Very irritated calling up airtel customer care for reactivating my broad band service. I had raised request No 75350166 on13thNov2016. Even after 10days there is no proper response from airtel. Each time i call their customer care, they give some unreasonable response and close the ticket. Talking to their escalation manager too did not help.
Never expected such poor service from airtel. Clearly we should never go looking at brand...

My Prepaid number is not working for 3 days and there is no fix provided. I lost my services from 3 days for Porting from Vodafone to Airtel Prepaid. Each executive says it will be withing 24 hours but it is not. I called almost 10 times and even went retail store but the service provided is very very poor.

Either we are fool or they are making us fool. Regularly for 4 to 6 hours our connection is disconnected only link light blinks.

Then, I checked the balance and found that there is Rs.1, 020 bal. and validity is till Dec 29, 2037;...

I bought Airtel 4G hotspot 6 months advance rental plan in airtel store located in S P infocity, perungudi, chennai and I have paid 3900 RS at the time of purchase. And after one month I have paid tax amount Rs.585 . Now they generated bill RS 4800 and ask me to pay and they disconnected the hotspot connection. I have contacted the Airtel store located in SP info city, perungudi and Airtel customer centers but no action. Still I am struggling.....

Airtel Fake Bills for the Landline

They had calculated the ISD calls for 2 units of second as 800 and above and 1000 and above units of second and charged approximately 9 lakhs of bill and our average bill from past 1.5 years are 12.5 K to 14 only. Not sure what kind of port airtel guys are installing as far i as i know i have submitted y documents at least 3-4 times in last 1+ years and they get beck every time saying that port is not there and we are working on it etc etc..

Part of which that i do not understand is why they send their people to collect document when they can not provide service in the area and every time they say very confidently that within 2-3 days...

Not able to receive sms

Im not able to receive any sms apart from airtel.
Asked the airtel company and was informed everything looks fine from their end.
But im still not receiving any messages like bus/train booking, amazon/flipkart orders, otp's etc.

Please help as i have already contacted the companies who are sending my messages like amazon / hdfc etc. Same story "we have sent message from our end"....
