I wsnt to know that how can i check my data balance. Weather i use a code for checking balance than i got a message of a 1024mb data in your account message but while am checking in airtel app tjere is no data in my account. Please solve my problem. Am so fed up fr this it's from last 2 or 3 months. I also added a recent screen shorts of my balance showing by airtel app and by *121*2#. Please solve it hurry....

Billing policy and shady biling

Sir,
I am a post paid connection holder of mobile no.[protected]. Whenever I make call the call charges are never reflected on the screen. Moreover a few minutes back I made an international call and asked the operator to let me know the charges but he declined stating that the charges would appear in the monthly itemised bill. What policy is this? Moreover my amount I had to pay every month would be Rs, 449.00 pm but now it is Rs.512.00....

Wrong billing done by company on International roaming. After deactivation of services, they charged me huge amount which inspite of many reminders not resolved. I got it activated from 3rs to 16th Sept. Though I was out of country on 21st sept but this services were not required however charges were levied when services were deactivated. Without my permission or no intimation before disconnect

I have using the no past 3 years but last 150 days not used only outgoing but not incoming. This simple reasons how can u stop single or disconnected why. Again there is no option for active . again after few days u r going to allot same no to others why can't active to me . its really black market. Such things not useful. Pls change the option and I want to active the no [protected]....

I am Javed from lucknow and i was submit a cheque for airtel broadband connection 25 august 2016 but due to some technical fault the connection was not installed (by the company side).and my cheque is cleared 30th august 2016.
So, i claimed that my Rp 1000 cheque but their is no response on that side ... At the time of receiving cheque a marketing executive name Deepak phone number [protected] and his team leader name...

I got a new Oneplus 3 mobile from Amazon. As per the Airtel offer on Amazon e-commerce website there was a 15GB free data bundle offer with this phone for Airtel customers.
The phone was purchased on 6th Oct 2016 and the data bundle offer was not provided. In spite of regular follow up with the Nodal and Appellate teams the data was not provided into my prepaid account.

When I requested to port out on 30 September 2016, they denied my request saying I have not completed 90 days... even though I have completed 90 days (30 June - 30 sep). The said that I have activated my sim on 12 of July 2016.

Port from Idea to Airtel

I did port 2 nos from Idea to airtel on 14/10/2016. The Plan I have offer Rs.199 with Local+std 600 min, but after getting port when I called customer care they said its 500 min not 600min.
