I paid online payment of Rs. 3536/- on 19/10/2021 towards Airtel broadband. Attached is the invoice copy for the same.
Airtel personnel denied to do internal wiring connections and stating that I should call electric person to get it done.
When installation is free why these guys are denying to do it.
I want my money back and don't need Airtel Broadband connection.

Mobile Internet data is very slow compared to any other network.mobile internet speed is below 1MB....

I bought 2 Airtel sims one for me and one for my mother in Bihar last month. I even activated international roaming. I am here in Nepal for vacation and my sims stopped working after a few days. It worked initially for few days. I am sure validity has not expired. Now airtel thanks app shows no information whatsoever. No history or validity anything. I expected that airtel was more professional than other networks. It turns out I was wrong....

I had an issue with cross connection. I called to my friend regularly number .
today the call was connected to another number, and the person was telling me the number was wrong, and my friend keep talk and she was able to hear my voice, but I am not .
I only hear the wrong number person voice, and he told the number was wrong the number I called .

can any one answer this issue .?...

I recharged with 79Rs (Smart Recharge). Then I came to know that I will not be able to send a SMS by this recharge as it say No SMS services.
So as earlier we used recharge, I did a 10rs recharge for sending SMS, yet I was not able to send a SMS. So I called customer care no.
The customer care replied me that the SMS service will be activated only after a recharge of Rs.129. So in fury I said I want to port my no. because you...

Hi Team, I had ported my sim card from Jio to Airtel on 14th October, 2021. Howver yet the airtel sim card shows "SIM not provisioned".
This is waste of my money as even after spending money on MNP sim is not activated.
Please look into it urgently...

I feel my phone number [protected] is being spoofed or used by someone else also . On several occasions I receive unwanted calls, messages, otp’s for transactions which I wasn’t doing, bank details which I wasn’t owning, my bank account is getting blocked on a complaint o[censored]nauthorised transactions which I didn’t do . And several other incident which makes me feel like someone else is also using my phone number....

I have recharged for my Airtel prepaid number of rupees 499 for 30 days including Disney + Hotstar pack on 21st sept 2021 . The recharge was done and all the credits are given to my number except Disney + Hotstar. I had complain so many times. But they did not respond. Only they provide date to resolve the problem. I have lost my sim and i go to the store for retrieving my sim, the emoloyee has charged me more than the price maitioned in your message and they are behaving rudely and if you will not respond to my complain i am gona change my all family members sim provider...
