Take extra charges

Not able to stop AZ-AIRTEL "Class 0 Message"

Hello,
I am unable to stop the Class 0 Message which is coming from airtel. I tried all the possibilities that could be done to stop this. Tried to talk with customer care too but they don't give much response to it.
Need a solution for this to stop the Class 0 Message (also called Flash Messages).

Network for NRI

Hello, Am presently in Dubai and not getting airtel network, recently in Sept returned from India. My card was working fine but now all of sudden there is no network.

Fastag and Airtel Payments Bank are not working

My Airtel fast tag had got blacklisted during travelling due to shortage of funds. After that I tried recharging it but there was some error. Not activated new sim

I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....

Net work & Internet Issue

Landline extra bill

I have installed a Airtel Xtreme Fiber where i got a bill for the month of September in which fixed land line charge is included where as still installation of Fixed Land Line by Airtel is Pending.
why i have to pay for the product which i did not receive yet. Installation is delayed by company because they don't have started it in my Area yet. still they are charging for the same which is yet to be installed

Photo Mismatch in Sim replacement

My number [protected] was on voter id. Id is 20 yrs old now sim got damaged. During sim replacement its saying live photo is not matching with id. How a 20yrs old id photo can match exactly with live photo?

UPI unable to use with 79Rs smart pack.

Unable to avail the thanks app benefits of Xstream Fiber

Poor signal strength on my postpaid no.

Not refunding my security deposit for Airtel DTH connection

I got an Airtel DTH connection in February 2021 paying a security deposit of ₹ 1500.
DTH Acc No. - [protected]

It was a terrible decision as the quality of service was terrible throughout. The connection would drop in windy and rainy conditions. Nevertheless, I stuck to it for a few months. Now I have decided to deactivate the connection as I don't need it anymore.
