Inadequate plan and excess collection

I had taken broadband connection and they were collecting Rs 1500/month towards the 16Mbps plan. Whenever i raise about the slow speed issues, they were increasing for a day and then again normal. For 16Mbps plan, they had provided a speed of 1.32Mbps itself. I paid like this for more than 6 months and when pressurized for more speed, i was told that the feasible speed is 8Mbps. If this is the case, why they have provided false information...

Airtel is campaigning aggressively for their so called best 4G network, where as the ground reality is that they are not able to provide a decent 3G network in Pune ( All maharashtra).

Billing issue or not valid charges

I wrote lot of emails to airtel and called them multiple times. I have billing issues which they did not fix. I had to pay Rs 7606 forcefully.

Sent emails to nodal as well as appellate but no luck as on appellate there are guys sitting who just do not do anything.

People do not document case properly when you call, If you call second time they have no idea what you talking and they start from...
