I have put a roaming pack according to which the cost per minute should be 25paisa /min for the first 200 calls and then 35 paisa/min for the next calls onwards for a month.

Yet the tarif deducted is more than that.The most irritating thing is i am not able to talk to the customer care representative as there is no easy way to do that. The number is 121 and all i am greeted with is a automated voice which doesn't solve the...

Stealing my data usage

I have been using Airtel Broadband connection since few years. Currently I shifted to Ahmedabad. I have a 56 GB plan. I have beed continuously checking my data usage, it hardly crosses 25 GB but Airtel tells me I have used 100% data. I have all the evidence of my usage, I use only 2 devices which keeps all track on the usage. Please explain this irregularity....

About Bharti Airtel Limited's mnp jingle,But after mnp not recieving the facility

I had a TATA DOCOMO gsm number.when I called to a airtel number I heard a jingle like that port in to airtel from others service operator.you will get full talktime, low cost 3g packs and 10p (onnet) calling tarrief.but after port in I noticed by CSA of airtel that there are such pack dosen't exits of 10p(onnet) calling tarrief.
My question is why the jingle is ringing?
And why customer not getting the facility they have heard?...

Requested for reconnection 11 days ago

I requested for reconnection of airtel broadband services on the 12th that was 11 days ago. I handed to them all the details required.

I was assured broadband service on the 15th which is 8 days ago.

I have been calling/mailing them everyday to check status. In total i have sent 9 mails to check status. Today I called to check on status, I was told I will have to wait for 5 more days....

I wanted to get a broadband connection, so I checked-in airtel.in and paid rs1000 for installation charges. Airtel executive called the next day and said that we received your payment let us know when can we setup at your place. Later, I got broadband setup nicely and received the first month bill with installation charges...

Less validities times

I recharged my no [protected] with 129rs on 03/04/16 .air tel sent SMS 400 local / STD minutes validity 28 days .but they given me only 16 days validity. I lost my 100 minute on 19/04/16. I want my 100 minute back.or suggest me for legal course of action.I m planning for consumer Court.what should I do.i have made complain to 121 two times but they done nothing....

I purchased a new 4g connection from Airtel and gave all relevant documents for the verification purpose. Although I have already been using an Airtel number on my same address; they have mentioned that my address verification is negative and hence my new connection request has been rejected.

The irony is, nobody called or messaged me from Airtel and I have been on this address for 8 yeas now.
